Safety and Health Surveillance

ALL male and female students, prior to the start of internship activities (INTRAMOENIA or EXTRAMOENIA), must mandatorily undergo training on safety and health in the workplace as required by Legislative Decree No. 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 12/21/2011.

The training takes place in two phases.

The first phase involves participation in the 4-hour, asynchronous online course on "Basic Workplace Safety and Health Training".

To take the course, you need to log on the following web page, register on "Federica" and, when asked for the access code (enrollment key), type: FORMunina0. After passing the final test, the system will issue a certificate of participation. Specific directions to be followed for the proper fruition of the course can be found at the following link.

In the second phase, having identified the specific risks on the instructions of the tutor, the student will have to carry out a health surveillance visit and continue training by taking the course "Training on Specific Risks - High Risk". The 12-hour course will be delivered online in synchronous mode by the University Training Office. At the end of the course, having passed the final verification, the student will acquire the relevant certificate.

Reservations, to participate in the training course on specific risks and to make the health surveillance visit with the competent doctor, must be made by compulsorily completing, the form at the following link.

In the case of an EXTRAMOENIA internship, the student must also take steps to ensure that the departmental tutor and the tutor at the host institution fill out the minutes of cooperation and coordination ripre.mod.vcsd to which the safety organization chart is attached. This document will verbalize the agreements made between the parties to comply with the requirements of occupational health and safety in accordance with applicable laws. The minutes of cooperation and coordination will be signed by the tutors and employers of both entities.

Each student will be allowed to start internship activities, after training and health surveillance, only after /having completed and signed the areapre_mod_formeq form.

All documentation (including certificates of participation in safety courses, areapre_mod_formeq form, minutes of cooperation and coordination and their attachments) must be signed, handed over to the departmental tutor and sent to Eng.
